After an intriguing trailer, now the makers of Rajkummar Rao starrer ‘Omerta’ has released the new poster of the film.

The brand new poster shows a bearded and remorseless Rajkummar being taken away in a police van.

Actor Rajkummar Rao, who plays an anti-hero for the first time, essays the role of Omar Saeed Sheikh, one of the deadliest terrorists of our times, with terror tactics going far beyond conventional thinking.

Based on the UK born terrorist Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh, the film chronicles the life of a misguided Muslim guy, who is transformed into a Jihadi fanatic.

Shot in real locations across London and India while recreating Pakistan and Afghanistan the film exposes the real and present danger of country sponsored terror.

Earlier, In an interview with indianexpress.com, Rao spoke about his role and had said, “I was exploring the world which I had no idea about. I was exploring dark roots and secrets about that world and I was very disturbed while shooting for it because I had to play him for that. I had to believe in his ideologies and that was an extremely disturbing process. It is not something I really enjoyed doing.”
